Who We Are
GiggleTrade is a Hong Kong-based B2B supplier of carrier-sourced used iPhones, serving resellers, distributors and refurbishment businesses worldwide.
Founded in 2024, we source directly from mobile carrier return programs in Japan (NTT Docomo, SoftBank), Taiwan and the United States. Every device passes through our QC centre in Hong Kong before reaching our partners — so you receive only units that meet the agreed grade.
Our focus is simple: one product category, done right. We don't try to sell everything. We specialise in used iPhones and build our entire operation around quality, transparency and reliability.

Our QC Process
Every unit inspected. Every grade verified.
Incoming Check
Receive and log each device. Record IMEI, model, storage and initial condition.
Functional Testing
Test all hardware: display, cameras, sensors, buttons, charging, Face ID/Touch ID, speakers, microphone.
Battery Verification
Check battery health percentage. Minimum 85%. No boosted batteries accepted (verified via diagnostic tools).
Cosmetic Grading
Grade each unit on our 4-tier standard (A+/A/B+/B). Check display, battery cover and side frame separately.
IMEI & Lock Check
Verify clean IMEI status. Confirm no activation lock, no carrier lock, no blacklist records.
Final Audit & Pack
Second-pass quality check. Clean, pack and label. Ready for dispatch.
What We Filter Out
We don't just source phones — we inspect and filter them. Our QC process ensures that only devices meeting the agreed standard reach your warehouse.
- Boosted batteries (artificially inflated health readings)
- Tagged flex cables (signs of third-party repair)
